• Also known as the Blue Fescue.
  • This is a clump-forming ornamental grass.
  • Foliage forms a dome-shape, porcupine-like tuft of erect to arching, needle-like blades upward and outward to a length of 140-180mm.
  • Light green flowers with a purple tinge appear in terminal pinnacles on top of stems rising above the foliage in late spring to early summer.  Flowers give way to puffy wheat-like seed heads.
  • May reach a height of 140-180mm.
  • Plant in full sun for best foliage colour.
  • Very drought and neglect tolerant.
